Clothing Eco Rating is a youth-led sustainability and policy advocacy initiative that strives to enhance transparency within the fashion industry. Our mission is to educate consumers about the environmental and social impacts of clothing production, focusing on the need for a standardized clothing sustainability labelling system. Through our efforts, we aim to inform and empower individuals to make responsible choices that promote a more sustainable future.

Our Mission and Initiatives
We advocate for a simple and accessible Clothing Eco Rating label to be displayed on garments. This initiative will aid consumers in making informed purchasing decisions based on various sustainability criteria, including environmental performance and supply chain transparency. We provide research, data visualizations, and international case studies to build public awareness and support for enhancing clothing sustainability standards in Australia. Our target audience encompasses consumers, students, educators, policymakers, and stakeholders in the fashion industry, all of whom are crucial in driving this change.
